and centralize public concerns and inquiries. It is accessible by everyone as a public website
without requiring login or authentication. Submitted data is securely handled and only accessible
to DICT Region 8 personnel for processing and resolution.
You can submit a ticket by visiting the Contact page on the public website.
There you’ll find the "Submit Ticket" form just fill out the required details and click "Submit."
No login or authentication is needed.
The dashboard is accessible only to authorized DICT Region 8 personnel.
They use it to monitor ticket activity, manage submissions, and generate reports.
Public users cannot access the dashboard.
All submitted information is handled in compliance with data privacy standards.
Only DICT Region 8 personnel can access ticket data, and it is used solely for
addressing public concerns. The system does not share or expose personal information
to unauthorized parties.
